Must.Make.More

Seriously, this is the neatest thing I've made in ages!! I LOVE it!! I just got some of the new fabric from the Occasions Mini Catalog and had big plans to make a notebook cover with it.... Well, I didn't want to waste any of that yummy Stampin' Up! fabric if my idea didn't pan out. So, I pulled out some fabric I had on hand and made this!!

The flower is actually a pin that I can remove and wear if I want! It's made with the new Fun Flowers Bigz L Die, also available in the Occasions Mini Catalog! When I cut all of the flower shapes and assembled the flower, it looked too flat. To fix that, I sprayed them with heavy starch and then pressed with my iron. While they were still warm and damp, I scrunched it in a ball and let it dry. When they were dry, I opened them up and layered the petals. I punched a hole in the center with my Crop-A-Dile and fastened with a Jumbo Brad.
